As part of the projects to prevent violence students, teachers and parents are supported to create a non-violent climate in schools.

Aims of violence prevention are reduction of violence, training of conflict management competences, reflection of one's own self, strengthening of the personality, improving empathy towards others and the ability to change perspectives.

Parents and teachers are encouraged to work together actively in education.

We focus on encouraging and developing values and attitudes that ensure a respectful, equal and non-violent interaction with each other.

This includes appreciation of others, recognition of rules and agreements, communication skills and identification, naming, and resolving conflicts in a non-violent manner.
